Shipping

All orders are lovingly handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

• Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

• International Shipping: Available to select countries. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

• Lost or Delayed Packages: Once shipped, Salty Coconut is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to postal service issues, but we’ll do our best to help you locate your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Salty Coconut jewelry! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

Please note:

• Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
